You can cancel your Fieldora subscription at any time. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Cancellations
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or the customer portal.
- Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe, Inc.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our team via the contact page with your account email and the charge you'd like reviewed. We'll respond within one business day.
